Seaside was not the only city that was devistated by Hurricane Sandy alot of other citys were effected by Hurricane Sandy including Lavallete, Seaside, Point Pleasent, Ortley beach, Toms river, Ocean city, Sea isle, Atlantic City, Margate and many more were all greatly effected by this powerful storm. Their was 24 or more deaths in the state of new jersey alone, familys went with out power for numorus days, kids couldnt go trick-or treating on halloween and kids were out of school. Their were so many other states devistated by this horrific storm like Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Pennslvanya, Virginia, & West Virginia. New Jersey did infact get most damage structurally the Sea isle bridge in to Avalon is gone more then two million people in the state of New Jersey was without power more then 2,200 people were in shelters.
